Etsy digital-download file limits
Etsy digital listings accept up to five uploaded files, with a maximum size of 20 MB for each file. ZIP files count toward the same limit, and buyers see the names of the files you upload.
What the split planner checks
- Whether an individual source file is too large for one Etsy ZIP.
- Whether the folder can fit within five buyer-visible uploads.
- How many ZIP files the finished delivery is likely to require.
- System files, empty files, filenames, and nested archives that need attention.
