Get unstuck

The folder picker shows nothing

Use a current desktop version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari and choose the folder containing the finished product files.

A recipient is blocked

Read the exact blocker, change the source folder, and rerun the audit. Extract nested ZIPs before choosing the folder. A file larger than Etsy’s per-file envelope cannot be split internally by the compiler.

The downloaded app does not open

Extract the purchased ZIP, then open Marketplace-Package-Compiler-v1.html in a current desktop browser. It is a standalone file; no installation or companion script is required.

Order or refund help

Use the order-help link in the receipt from the hosted checkout provider. Never send product files, passwords, or payment-card details.
