Refunds

Because the compiler is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally final once accessed. We will consider a refund requested within 14 days for a duplicate purchase or a reproducible material defect that prevents the compiler from performing its stated function and cannot be resolved with the self-service guidance.

Use the order-help link in your hosted-checkout receipt. The merchant-of-record provider processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights in your location still apply.
